Default Rental System in game

all suggestions I saw in the forum were about selling and buying. but what about rent some items to others???

this idea will raise the economies of many player in the game and it's not about you give your items to another player for ever just for period of time assigned between the renter NPC or player and the tenant.

This idea will help many people to not buy an item for specific business.

Example:

I wanted to do a mission or quest in a place. this place teem by many casters using cold damage spells. now as warrior i need a shield has +X more armor vs cold dmg. so why do i need to buy a shield for a couple of quests or missions? I don't want to waste a block of my inventory for this item i'll not need it more than 2 missions.

this system also good for persons who have some good items but they dont need them yet or don't want to sell them to a NPC trader cause nobody will buy an item for specific reason or place. Nobody wants to fill his storage with items not needed most of the time.

--------

- Now if i want to rent a shield, I should speak with the renter NPC to add my shield to his collection or storage with max time for the item to be out of his storage and the amount of money per hour.

the person who wants to rent an item must put a reserve money with the NPC for example he wanted an item for an hour but he doesn't know how many time will be needed so he can put some amount of 3 more hours as a reserve. so the rented item will not dissappear of his storage even if the hour has finished. also the system will take some more money from the reserve if the renter person exceeded the assigned hour but not reached 2 hours. (its about calculation)

--------

This System will free some storage but also will raise some people economies.

Just to remind you..if you want to rent an item you will not need to reserve a block in your inventory for it. once you needed your item you can go to the renter NPC and collect your money and your item.

You will pay a taxes or fees to the NPC for renting.
the reason is to prevent some people from using this service as permenant storage so even if you have an item you want to rent it, you will pay for the rent service or storage.

Question:
- What if a person used this service to rent his item but he exceeded the assigned time for the service between him and the NPC and didn't come to collects his item and pay the service fees?

Answer:
- The system will returns the item automatically to his storage or 1 of his character bags if his storage is full and will take away the service fees from his account (storage or characters) if there are no swag or rental benefits.

Question:
- what if he hasn't money and there was no benefits of his item?

Answer:
- The system will take away any money automatically and directly if he got a money from a quest or trading. so all the money he will get, it will goes to the NPC untill he pays whole the fees.

Question:
- What if he hasn't money, storage and he gave up playing GW?

Answer:
- Simply, he will lose the item forever or if there is an auction house in the game's future the system will sell it in an auction that will be started with 0 price for it. (this is how to get items for cheap prices).

You will recieve a message of each stage and each transaction or duties
